Our Concierge Travel Agency Process

Love is a destination - and we love to pave the way to your wedding destination. At Luxtinations, we are certified Travel Agents, and can assist with all of your travel and transportation needs. The nice thing about the travel agency - we don't have any fees for our assistance in booking your blocks, transports, honeymoons, excursions, etc! There are added services (Like custom wedding websites that we build for your guests to book their travel!) that carry added fees, but our main travel blocks carry no fees to the client or the guests! We are based in the US, so we are easy to reach, easy to communicate with, and have no language barrier. Our team also speaks Spanish, so we are able to help communicate with destination vendors. 

• Travel Location Assistance - 1 hour travel location consultation is complementary. (If you need much more detailed location consultation we offer that service hourly! - You can pick our brains about the best places to get married!). 
• Room Block Negotiation - We get room rates from the best hotels in the regions, and negotiate amenities, rates, and freebies! 
• Contract Review - We do a full contract review with your room contract - to ensure that you have the least liability possible. 
• Travel Concierge - For our destination (Mexico, Caribbean, etc) travel clients - your guests book with us directly. We have a team ready to answer questions, manage guests' needs. As an added service - we can also travel with your group as an onsite travel assistant - managing guests' needs on the ground.

2. Cancun & Riviera Maya - We LOVE this area. We work with a few brands in this area, and can help you figure out exactly which resort makes the most sense for your group. 3. Puerto Vallarta - PV is one of our favorite destinations for wedding planning.  mountains AND jungle! The city is so charming, and has awesome restaurants, shopping and nightlife! 4. Cabo San Lucas - Cabo is a gorgeous mountainous region on the south tip of Baja California. The stunning arches, and incredible sunsets are the reason our clients choose Cabo. Cabo wedding... Here.
