Wedding Planning Package Options

Sweetly Paired specializes in destination weddings - and we love our Mexico and Caribbean weddings. Colorado is our home, and an amazing destination - but honestly we adore our destination weddings in Mexico and the Caribbean - as well as Spain, France, Greece, and other exotic locations to which we love to take our clients and their guests on adventures! 
We help with everything - 

• Travel agent - We are your travel agency and manage all guest RSVP data including booking them in your room blocks, handle their airport transfers, as well as helping them and you get all settled with travel arrangements. 
• Wedding Planning - You get our full-service wedding planning destination package. It is inclusive of every event you need help with and we help with every aspect of the wedding. 
• Our full service package includes assistance with contracts, vendor contacts, event design, timelines, floor plans, budgeting, guest seating and RSVP, and all other wedding decisions. 
• The service we offer is significantly different than a traditional travel agent - we manage not only the full wedding planning process, but also fully manage guests as we go through the planning process and the room block process. 
• We include custom wedding websites - with a custom URL that includes online guest RSVP and management. 

Need hotels, excursions, airport transportations, shuttles, or other travel assistance? We got you! 

1. Travel assistance - No charge with 10+ room block - we manage room needs, transportation, and guest needs. 
2. Venue Discovery Package - 4 hour package that includes added hours for assisting with your venue discovery - $400. This package is designed to assist you with finding the correct resort for your budget, vision, and needs, and your guests' travel and experience needs. Planning software available at $12/monthly.
3. Planning Assistance Package - We not only assist with the above venue discovery, but also manage your internal details (including timeline, floorplan, planning software, event design and vendor selection and management leading up to the travel). $1200-4200 depending on budget and guest count and complexity. 
4. Planning plus travel concierge - full planning services. Do you... Yes. Yes we do. We are onsite from a day before your main guest arrival typically to a day after main guest departure. $3500-10K + depending on budget and guest count and complexity. This is always different, depending on your budget, desired experience and stress-relief needs.
