With a background in wedding planning spanning more than a decade and more than 1000 weddings, our team is more experienced than most wedding planners in the world. We have planned, designed, and executed more than 1000 weddings all over the world. 

I LOVE new adventures and challenges! In fact I’ve practically made an entire career out of ambitious next steps and have absolutely fallen in love with this one! 

As a kid I loved nothing more than to be outdoors, seeing, smelling, and exploring. And as an adult that has carried over into my love of travel, SCUBA and restaurants with patios. Professionally, my degree in graphic design led me into interior design and then my own decade-long award winning wedding floral and houseplant businesses. I mean, if you have to be inside, why not have some of the outside with you? Naturally, wedding planning followed. And I’d call you lucky if you could find a single Colorado wedding venue, public space or mountain top that I haven’t either done a wedding at or scouted out looking for the new most adventurous wedding spot with my husband. For over 15 years and 1200 weddings, I plied my trade in Colorado… that is until the pandemic. 

As with most of us, that downtime brought about a lot of soul searching. And what I found is that I had fully checked the box next to Colorado wedding planner. Done. But what I actually wanted to do was start checking off something else. My second degree was in linguistics and I’m fluent in Spanish. So it seemed natural that the next step should be wedding planner for Puerta Vallarta, Cancun, Cozumel and Costa Rica. But then again, why stop there? Why not Philippines, Greece, Spain, Sweden, you name it! So I used the lockdowns as an opportunity to become a travel agent. And now, I can not only help with your venue, decor, music, flowers and everything else wedding related, but also room blocks, flights, shuttles, adventures and all of the travel bits too! And it’s not like I’m doing all of this from my couch. I travel so much I have nicknames for my luggage! Norman, Papi and Papadopoulos.

We are based in the Denver Metro Area, but serve all of Colorado's event locations, including Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Steamboat Springs, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Denver, Larkspur, and more. We also specialize in Caribbean and destination events.  We ship world-wide with our custom stationery and signage, and we can do your event design remotely!
